Put The Fun In Fundraising

The UK’s leading pub retailer and brewer Greene King, began a three-year charity partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support in 2012. Due to the support from their customers and team members, the partnership continues to go from strength to strength. And over nine years on the company has now raised £9 million.
Rock and Roll Bingo is a very popular fundraising product with their 1800 pubs and restaurants. And helps to raise money throughout the year at their key annual fundraising events like Macmillan May, The World’s Biggest Coffee Morning and throughout the festive season.

Eye On The Prize
You can give cash prizes, but they don’t have to be all singing and dancing; it can be as simple as a box of chocolates! Some people even use donated “Promises” – time and services donated by individuals. A chef to cook dinner in your home, A beautician to provide a pamper night in. Or someone who will vacuum the house, do some gardening or complete those odd-jobs – you get the idea.

So, if like Greene King you want to raise money for Macmillan. Remember that no matter how much you raise, every pound will make a difference to the lives of people living with cancer.
They are here to help you find your best way through, from the moment of diagnosis, so you’re able to live life as fully as you can. For information, support or just someone to talk to, call 0808 808 00 00 or visit macmillan.org.uk.
